hi I am holding Philippine passport from kuwait and I want to visit macao, what are the requirement

As you hold Philippine passport, you can enter freely for a stay less than 30 days in Macau. It is required that you have a valid passport, onward or return ticket, and money not less than 5000 MOP to sponsor your stay there.
