Good harmonious relationship 2015 for Dragons

Hi! Good day what semi-precious stone should I wear/carry to create or enhance good harmonious relationship in workplace/home to avoid quarrel and misunderstanding and hate? I have a rose quartz here, will this help? If not can you suggest something effective?
