About:China Business Visa

Work problems?

I have applied for work in China and I have been told by the employer that because I do not have a BA I can not get a Z visa. They said that it would be okay to work for them under a F type.

Is this their way of going around the law and reducing their costs on getting a Z type processed?

Greg, as far as I know, some cities do require the Bachelor's degree and two years of work experience for applying Z type. So I think what your company says might be ture. However, as your job is paid, it is illegal to work in China with F type, maybe an M type can be used.
