is the hk visa same as the visa to enter china?

i have a passport from Panama and i know we require entry permit to enter hong kong, can i get it on arrival? and how much is it?

The entry permit for Hong Kong is different from that for entering mainland China. You should apply for the entry permit for HK by posting the application documents to HK Immigration Department. The normal entry permit costs 190 dollars.
