About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

I think I may have left my passport pick up receipt in passport folder at the centre on 2015/02/05

Can I check?

You can call the centre and find out whether it is inclued in the folder. However, if you can't find the pick-up receipt, you can still collect your passport by providing an identity card with your photo on it.
