About:Ticket Types on High Speed Trains

Seats next to each other

Hello,
We are going to travel using trains in China with three people. Is there any possibility to get tickets in the same compartment/interval while booking soft sleepers online? And the same question about second class where there are 3 in one row on one side?

Thank you for your inquiry.
The tickets book online are sold randomly thus it cannot be select directly. But we can try for times to see if we can get the tickets in the same compartment. The more tickets left, the bigger possibility is. Also, if possible, we suggest you to choose the delivery service since we can go to the station and apply for the same cabin. In this way the possibility is even bigger. Thank you.
