Is it a good time to travel to taiwan Northern and Hualien in Mid-March ?

ReplyYes, it will be good timing to travel those areas in mid March, when the temp will be comfortable and cloudy days would be the majority. Rainy days may happen somtimes, but it won't influence your trip a lot. Besides, you are likely to appreciate the nice cherry blossom then.10Reply
