career money and love: I am born 8 June 1989.

Will I see a career change with significant increase in salary? I'm single as well so any luck with finding a partner this year? Thank you

Yes, you will. But the premise is that you are qualified and you have prepared well for it. Or you’d better to stay at the current one, because you may have a salary rise in the second half of the year. To find a partner, you need to be patient and flexible. Also be sensible that the one is true to you, but not just play with you.
