About:Chinese Embassy in France

i have a French pasport, i will fly on the 4/3/15 to attend the Xiamen fair

my flight will be from Tel Aviv via Hong Kong,
i want to know if i need a visa,

You don't need it for Hong Kong but you need an M type for Xiamen.
