In Beijing West Railway Station, you can take a train to Handan. Upon your arrival, get out of the east Exit, and walk about 300 yards to the you the West Coach Station. In the bus station, you can take the bus to Shexian, where the palace is located. In Shexian County, you need to hire a car or taxi to the scenic area.0
