I live in Andorra and hold a UK passport. Can I obtain a tourist visit in UK or is Madrid better?

Edmund, I personally suggest that you apply from the CVASC in UK because you hold UK passport. If you plan to apply from CVASC in Spain, you should provide your legal stay proof, valid visa, employment or study resident permit there.

Thank you so much for your reply.... Do have official residence status in Andorra ( as opposed to valid UK address) which is the source of the dilemna... Have a friend visiting London offices to ask face to face... Received standard reply yesterday despite detailing the situation twice over... Thank you once again and good luck!
