Edmund, I personally suggest that you apply from the CVASC in UK because you hold UK passport. If you plan to apply from CVASC in Spain, you should provide your legal stay proof, valid visa, employment or study resident permit there.

Thank you so much for your reply.... Do have official residence status in Andorra ( as opposed to valid UK address) which is the source of the dilemna...
