confused about kowloonghong kong

Question

I am stopping in HK on my return journey to Australia. What sort of weather can I expect? Should I stay in Kowlong or HK? I am trying to find an average -priced hotel close to the MTR and eateries. Also accessible to some interesting sightseeing places. Can you recommend one?
