Where to buy train tickets in Ningbo?

I want to buy train tickets to Shanghai, Xian and other cities in Chine while I study at the NB University for four months. I do not speak any chinese. Is there anywhere where they speak english in a train ticket office? If not, where is the best place to buy train tickets in NB?

You are suggested to buy the tickets in NB railway Station, and the station staff can speak a little English. If you want a more easy way, you can book the tickets through TravelChinaGuide, it is a travel agency, quite helpful. I had booked the tickets twice through them, with little servive fee, it can help to save much trouble. By the way, they can mail the tickets to your university as you expect.
