Do china passport require to apply for visa to enter Brunei for holiday?

If yes, where should he or she need to apply the from? How long is the allowable period to stay in Brunei?

Yes, Chinese passport holders should apply from the embassy of Brunei in Beijing. The duration is as long as 14 days.
