Getting a Chinese work permit without a diploma/degree

I have a firm offer from an MNC based in Beijing. I have many years in Senior level management positions but do not have a diploma / degree (highest formal education: A'Levels). Can the company successfully apply for a work permit for me? What is the best way to ensure a successful application?

CHI, your work permit is issued by local labor bureau. I think you may ask your employer to visit the bureau to confirm whether it is a must. Your employer also can consult with some agencies too.
