One day trip to Xi'an

Hello, We will be visiting Xi'an in August this year and will arrive from Beijing via the overnight train and depart the same day to Shanghai from the airport. My question is where can I store my families luggage. We will have 3 or 4 cases and we do not want to carry these throughout the day. Is there somewhere these can be stored or perhaps stay on the minibus?
I would also like to know if the tour includes pick up from the railway station and drop off at the airport.
