I'd like to visit the Panda Garden at Lou Guan Tai on Feb 20 or 21, 2015. Is it open during CNY?

Well, I read from the news that several pandas in the garden have been infected with canine distemper in Jan. So it’s hard to say whether it will be open in CNY.2

In XA Bus Station (Shuisi Bus Station), located at No. 13 of Fengqing Road, take the bus to Huxian County and get off at Louguantai in the half way. Then walk to the park directly.
In the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda (the bus stop is located at East Furong Road), you can also take the Huanshan Tourist bus line 1 to the destination directly. It may take about 2.5 hours.

is it possible to have a link to a map to see where is the bus stop location to reach louguantai
for both option the turist bus 1 and the other leaving from Sushi bus station becouse i cannot find it clearly on map.
Having not enough time i would like to try to find an hotel closer to Sushi to take the fastet connection
