I am going to apply fiance or tourist visa. do you think I am lucky get visa?

i was born on 10,11,1988. my bf's birth day is 06,08,1978.

Um, read the regulation seriously. And prepare documents it required. If you have prepared everything the visa need, it is highly expected to get one successfully.
