From Airport to Mira Moon Hotel/Causeway Bay

Hey, staying at Mira Moon Hotel near Causeway Bay. What's the best way to go there (from airport)? Is the free hotel shuttle stoping nearby?

Get the train from Airport to HK island station ,Then get a taxi will not cost much and is quicker than the shuttle bus
