Well, there is no direct long-distance bus that can take you from Jiangjin District to Youyang. You need to transfer.
Take long-distance bus at Jiangjin Bus Station, and get off at Longtou Temple Bus Station first. The schedules are 6:30,8:30,10:30,12:30,14:30,17:00 and 18:00. After arriving, take a taxi to Chaotianmen Bus Station. There are several long-distance buses that can take you to the destination.
