Born September 20,1956 at 4:10 pm in Fort Wayne, Indiana in the USA. Job, Marriage, travel, work?

Should I take a job over seas or stay in the USA? Should I stay in my marriage? Will my health get better and my mental thinking become more Positive? How can I be the best I can be? Is my wife, born July 7,1950 at 3:42pm Clarksville, Texas USA MY SOUL MATE? We've been married 33 years but are having marital problems! Should I stay or go?

Your work will be good this year. Maybe a salary rise is expected if you stay in the current one. To get a new job in USA is on also. You will have several chances to develop yourself if you go there. Your health condition is fine; just relax your mental pressure now and then and have more rest.
Whether your wife is your soulmate, it depends on your feelings to each other. I can’t tell. But since you are so confused about what you should do for the next step, you’re suggested to talk with her. Tell her your feelings and know hers. If she doesn’t love you anymore, you should go. Or you can give each other another chance.
