About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Tokyo-Shanghai-Munich - part2

Hello, thank you for answering my question from last time. can I declare the 72h transit on my own or do i really have to contact the airline. If I can declare it on my own, will it be much more complicated than with the airline?

I will arrive in Shanghai with Macau airline and leave Shanghai with Turkish Airline. If the airline has to declare it, which airline should I contact?

Thank you very much for answering in advance.

Hi Jenny! Only in Beijing Capital Airport can the passengers apply for the 72 hour free transit on their own. In other airports, you should apply for the free transit through your airline in advance. You should cantact Macau Airline.
