I have a used Chinese visa. Do I need to personally visit the Embassy or can I courier my full docs

I tried calling the Embassy and emailing without success. I live in Lahore and possess a previous Chinese entry permit. I am applying for F type. Can I despatch my complete set of documents to the Embassy address by courier mail, or do I personally need to visit the Embassy?

Farhan, mail application isn't accepted. You need to submit your application in person. If you can't, you should ask your friend or families to submit for you.
