About:Dali Weather

the climate in Dali of mid feb and are there any festival during that time of month?

Hi there i'm planning to visit the city for a week by mid of this month (February) will there be any interesting festival? Nd Howz the climate during that time of month? ?

It would be cool even a little bit cold then, with the temp range of 41-68F. I would suggest you prepare long-sleeved shirt, light sweater, thick jackets and jeans. It is more likely to be cloudy during that time.

I just know the streets would be decorated for the Spring Festival and some shopping centers would have discounts then, and not sure other entertainment activities.
