In Zhangjiajie, you can spend 3 days in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. For another 2 days, you can go to the nearby attractions, such as Baofeng Lake, Tianmen Mountain, Tianzi Mountain, and Huanglong Cave.
In xian, you can spend one day in Huashan Mountain, another day in terra Cotta Warriors and Mount. Li. In the third and fourth day you can go to attractions near the city center, The Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, the City Wall, Xian Museum, Defu Lane, tang Paradise, Green Dragon Temple, etc.

Thankyou for your reply. Do you recommend flying into Shanghai or straight into Xian. Or Ghanzhou. What would be our easiest direct transport option.
Thanking you

You may fly from Brisbane to Guangzhou first then transfer to Xian. It seems that there's no direct line from Brisbane to Shanghai, also Xian. BTW, prepare for the terrible air quality in Xian...
