Yes, taxi is available. But it would cost a lot for the 105 mi distance.
You can also bus No. 81 from the airport to Fanghu Bus Station. 7 buses are available to Putian in the bus station from 08:25 to 17:25. The ticket fare is CNY33. It would be much cheaper than taxi.
