What is the best way to go to bund riverside hotel from pudong airport? We'll arrive 11:45pm

According to your arrival time, you can take airport shuttle bus Night Line, and get off at East Yan'an Road, Middle Zhejiang Road. After arriving, take a taxi to your hotel. The cab fare is about CNY 20. :-)
