First of all, your finance is good and stable because of your stable work. You can invest some money on other areas in the first half year in order to earn more money.
Even if you will meet some problems in your jobs, you can ask help for your colleagues or team memebers.
Enough sleep is so important for you. If possible, take more exercise and have a health diet.
About your love relationship, maybe he doesn't prepare well to accept a marriage life. You need to give him enough time to think about him. During this period of time, trust him and wait with patience.
