About:Year of the Rooster

I was born may 26 1969. I'm currently having issues with one employee.

What should I do? I believe she is trying to get me to act out of character so I can be fired.

You need to figure out why she wants to do this. If you didn't do something wrong, you can ignore her and see the following situation. Meanwhile, you need to keep working hard.
Be a man of principle and behave yourself well so that she cannot get a hold of you.
