Minorities Festivals in Dehong Area

I'll be in Dehong area by the end of February or early March. Are there any minorities festivals held during that period? Do you know exact dates to program my trip there. Market days? Thanks.

Hey, I just know that the Butter Lamp Festival will be held during that time period. It will be held in Mar. 5.
