About:Beijing - Moscow Trains: K3/ K4

Transsib K3

K3 - Departure-Time in Beijing is 11:22, Arrival-Time in Irkutsk is 10:49. Is this Moscow-Time or Beijing-Time?

The time are all for local time.

Sorry, but my Agency in Irkutsk sad, local arrival-time is 15:49. Is this wrong?

The time I get from the internet is 10:49. May be you can double confirm with other agent in Irkutsk if they have changed the schedule.
