When can i see cherry blossom near the yuantong temple?

Hi, im travelling to kunming late march this year,and would like to see cherry blossom. I've been told that i can see them near the temple. am i able to see them in late march?

For cherry blossom, late Mar. is a little too late. The best time is early and mid Mar.
