I will ask wealth and love life

I was born year of the sheep, I have a relationship (not yet married) almost 12 years we have 3 kids now. Last year he cheated on me but he said he realize that his family is important than his girl so he come back to us. And he lost his job for that girl, he jobless now. I will ask if he can find another job? And he cannot cheat again? Sorry if my English is poor.
