Just married want to stay in china for permanent

Hi, I am a Singapore PR holding a malaysia passport. i want to stay in china for permanent with my husband. My husband is a chinese citizen. What kind of pass should i apply? How long will be the duration of stay for each entry?

You should apply for the Q1 type. It's allowed duration of stay is 30 days. After you enter China, you should go to the local exit and entry administration bureau within the 30 days to apply for a residence permit, which normally allows you to stay in China for one year.
