Hey, since you didn’t tell the time and place to go, I can only give you a overall information of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang as reference. It is cold indeed in winter. These days, the temp is 35-43F. While in summer times, the temp would be 87-99F. It would be very hot. Also the it rains much there because it is near the sea.2
