About:Chinese Lanterns

chinese new year is on feb 19 2015, what specifec date do i hang the chinese lantern?

In China, we hang the lanterns a few days before the New Year day till January 15th of Chinese lunar calendar. Maybe you can hang it on February 11; it's Lesser New Year, meaning the New Year is coming soon.
