About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Cruising from Singapore to Hong Kong..wanting to stay for 3 days, then fly to Beijing for 3/4 days..

You don't need the entry permt for Hong Kong as long as you stay for less than 90 days. Where will you fly from Beijing to? If the destination is not Hong Kong nor other parts of mainland China and the stay is less than 72 hours, you don't need it for Bejing either.1
