Need to travel to Hong Kong with my 2 year daughter for a holiday

What documents both of us would need to submit to get visas. Does my 2 year daughter require a separate passport ?

Hi, you need to submit the application form (ID 1003A), your recent photo affixed on page 1 of the application form, photocopy of your passport, photocopy of your financial standing proof (bank statements, saving accounts passbooks, tax receipts, etc.) and employment proof (if any) (e.g. salary slip), photocopy of your transportation arrangement proof, and photocopy of your itinerary or tour receipt of joining a package tour to HK. Your daughter don't have to hold a seperate passport, as you can add her information onto your passport as the accompanying person.
