What times are busses from Jianchuan to Dali? And then how often are busses from DL to Kunming?

I Will be visiting Shaxi and need to get from there to Kunming in one day. Getting a bus to Jianchuan seems easy enough but then I cant find much information on going from Jianchuan to Dali and then onwards to Kunming.
