About:China Visa Application in UK

I'm a British passport holder and wanted to stay in China for 5 days only

Hi i would like to meet my boyfriend in China where he is in his business trip for two weeks. I'm a British passport holder and wanted to stay in China for 5 days only. Do i need to apply a tourist visa for s short stay? Thank you!

Yes, you need to apply for an L type by providing your passport, photocopy of the passport's bio page, a completed application form glued with your recently taken photo, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations.
