my date of birth is 4 feb 1988 and her 27 oct 1991. can i get marraied this year?

how will get her concent of marriage?

Hi, marriage should be what happens without extra effort. I mean, if it was the right time, surely she will marry you. For you, it is a good to get married; but it is not for her this year. So you’re suggested to postpone it to 2016. It would be a good year for both of you.
