Can I be both Rat & Ox?

My birthday is Jan. 1973 and I can be described as a mix of both. Since by birthday is so close to the end of the year of the rat and the beginning of the year of the ox, could I be a combination?

Hi, from Jan.1, 1973 to Feb.2, 1973 is rat type.
Feb.3, 1973 to Dec.31, 1973 is ox type.
