What is method for stay in china?

I have Z Visa. I got it from Dec 2014 to Mar 2015. If my Wife & children come to stay with me on February. Is it ok. and can they stay here for a long time period ?

I think it will be OK. They can apply for the S type. However, since your residence permit is getting expired soon, they may not be allowed to stay for a long time. You'd better extend your Z type before they apply for the S type.
