Pig and snake. What should we do?

I am dating a guy who is snake which is in the compatibility chart we are not compatible. Is there a way that he can be possibly fall in love with me? I really feel and seeing all the characteristics of being in the year of snake in him. I am frustrated because the feeling is already there and i did not feel it the same way.
