Would like to know if I can get to fenghuang from huaihua and how Many hours should it take?

Yes, you can. Long-distance buses at Huaihua West Bus Station that can take you the destination. The operating hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 with the interval of 2 hours.
It takes around 80 mins on the way.
