from agent or entrance of park?is there such thing as fast pass ticket? how much is the entrance ticket for the international circus and the paradise package for march 31, 2015? is it better to buy the ticket from agents or at the entrance of the park?

i am travelling with my sister and her 2 little kids, one is 1.17m height and the other one is 1m height. do they get in free? we plan to watch the circus and the paradise.
