my dob is 4 feb 1988 and her 27 oct 1991. can we get married this year?

she is not co-orating with me from last 4 month how can i get her consent for marriage? guide me please

I have to tell you that her sign is a sheep, and 2015 happens to be the year of sheep, which is bad for getting married for sheep person. So you two may wait for a year. 2016 is good.
