About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Chinese visa with 30 days for each trip, does the entry and exit day count as part of the 30 days

I arrived in China on 15th January, and plan to depart on the 14th February. If you count the entry and exit days (15th Jan and 14th Feb) then this is 31 days but only 30 nights. So if I keep my original plan would it be classified as an overstay?

The 30-day period starts from the midnight following your arrival, so the entry day does not count as part of the period. However, the exit day count as part of the period. So your actual stay in China is 30 days. You can just keep you original plan, there won't be problems.
