i am a nigerian, i lived in china and had a baby with a chinese woman but we were not married

how can i get back to china since we were not married and we have a son, what kind of visa should i apply for?

Since you are not married, I think you can only apply for the L type. After you come to China, you can try to register your marriage at local civil affairs bureau. Then leave China and apply for the Q type to reuion with your families.

Go to the CVASC branch in Maylaysia and apply for the L type.
