Hello, I'd like to know if it's possible to apply for it in Alexandria, or do I have to apply only in Cairo ?Thank you.

Yes, you can apply it in Alexandria. The consular office is open for accepting the applications between 09:00 to 12:00 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
